Shipping policy

☻ We are still unfortunately only two people so order fulfillment can sometimes take anywhere from 7-14 business days depending on our schedule. If you need a gift to arrive quickly, please reach out to us via email so we can see what we can do to help make that happen.

☻ If you have made multiple purchases and wish to combine your orders for cheaper shipping and to lessen your carbon footprint, email us at strangerockceramics@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your orders.

☻ If there are any issues with your order upon arrival, please email us at strangerockceramics@gmail.com 

☻ If by chance your order does not arrive safely, you must hold onto the item and the packaging. This is not our rule but a requirement from the mail carrier companies. Without you keeping both the damaged item and packaging, we cannot file an insurance claim which in turn means we can not assist with a replacement or a refund. 

• If you selected UPS for shipping and do not want to or have the option to hold onto the box, packaging, and damaged item, please refer to UPS's Photo Documentation Requirements

☻ Any international import and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS might appear to be higher at checkout but keep in mind the cheaper options with USP have higher fees.
